Article 2 - Orders

To order the buyer must complete an information form required for shipment of the goods, all the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. The information provided must be accurate and authentic, the information indicated engage the buyer. Hoverstar (Havospark) can not be held responsible for failure of delivery in the event of an error by the buyer in the wording of the recipient of the order.


Once order completed, the buyer receives an order confirmation email. Before the shipment of the order control validation email is sent to the buyer.

Article 3 - Delivery

After shipping confirmation, the time limit for delivery is thirty one (31) days, unless the package is retained by customs services or extraordinary mishap justified by the carrier.

Hoverstar (Havospark) can use the carrier of his choice and guarantees the delivery of the goods in case of impossibility of delivery by the carrier chosen by the buyer.

Buyer agrees to take delivery within fifteen (15) days after the notice of availability. When this deadline has expired, the goods will be returned to the sender, these return costs and possible forwarding to the recipient is attributable to the buyer.
